Recognition We recognize the value of a job well done, and team members that go “above and beyond” to help our customers and company. Our recognition programs include Employee of the Quarter awards, as well as our most coveted award: the annual “Key Contributor Award.” These awards have consisted of impressive cash bonuses, and even more impressive, an all-expenses paid trip for two to a previously-announced, all-inclusive four star resort destination in a tropical paradise. In past years, our award winners have enjoyed trips to Riviera Maya, and Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, as well as Punta Cana and Cap Cana, Dominican Republic. Camaraderie At Perfect Innovative there is a strong sense of camaraderie. Each day we tackle tough challenges together, develop new ideas together, and solve problems together. But we also have a lot of fun and have shared many good times together at work and outside of work.
