decided to write this current event about issues towards health care programs. While I was searching for a good article I came across a really interesting one that approaches England’s health care system and how it could be racist. The article starts by explaining the unpleasant experience of Eche Egbouno, a black male who suffers of bipolar disorder. Eche was sectioned by the mental health act, but instead of taking him to a hospital they took him to the police station. He says that being there made him feel even worst, like he was a criminal.
Discrimination can go from unjust employment practices to social service malpractice like preventing certain people from being treated in a certain hospital.

A great vision characterizes "what we stand for and why we exist" that does not change (the center belief system) and pushes forward "what we try to become, to accomplish, to create" that will require huge change and expansion to achieve. To pursue the vision intends to make organizational and fundamental arrangement to save the center belief system and strengthen in advance toward the imagined future. At the beginning of this course I honestly thought that my personal values and ethics all came from the same source, which was the religion I grew up following. With this course I was able to see and reflect that it is a habit that was formed and that it has become a routine that I have put myself through. I have been living a life where I was told and expect to believe what my values were I never had the change to explore it myself. The feeling that if I was able to explore myself and my values and be more open to things other then just the values that my church taught me I would have been a very successful woman now. I truly believe that it would affect different aspects of my adult life.
The two important values that I have learnt are the independence and the respect. I learnt these two values since my childhood. One of the values is the independence. Independence means that you can support yourself without owning or depending on yourself concerned with livelihood or studying. You can make decision of your life without being controlled by the others.

If it 's the carer then as an employee I 'd raise the issue with my supervisor /line manager without waiting for a supervision meeting. This will promote the change because the line manager can then fully investigate the matter and will monitor and review the operation of the Equal Opportunities policy and will implement any changes required by law or to improve its effectiveness.
Personality is defined as the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual 's unique character. Personality theory is the approaches to understanding the “What”, “How” and “When” of characteristics and features that make up an individual 's personality. An insight into personality is important to understand the function of a person’s mind. By doing this you would be able to understand and observe your own psyche from an outside perspective, interact with others better and understand why they do what they do or predict how someone may react to something. My personality can be describe as Introverted since I am reserved, practical and quiet.
