In my date to date duties in various positions I have:
Drafted and proofread a variety of briefing materials, agendas, minutes, correspondence and memoranda for high level executives. Coordinated the assignment of the above, liaised with programs to edit feedback provided by them. Provided advice on language, style, content and grammar. Reorganized new and existing business rules regarding the distribution of electronic/paper holdings to program officers in table format (same table was integrated in the updated Information Management Manual). I had to ensure that the product which the Director will be approving meets all requirements. This process often required negotiating internal deadlines.
Typically, I had to manage multiple tasks of this nature that require planning, prioritizing, and re-evaluating priorities in order to meet deadlines.

Actions: Prepare letters for response by Director to various issues; draft agendas, memos, minutes, and invitations to be shared with staff or external stakeholders. Some examples will be correspondence and invitations from the Director to the LEAD Committee, memos to staff, agendas and minutes for the LED management team meetings. When requests come to the directorate to create a letter, a briefing document or other correspondence, I have to determine which team/s will be responding based on their business lines. I create a task to the responsible officer/s with clear instructions on what is required and when it is due. I indicate what the proper format for the response is and ensure that the most current template has been used for creating the
