All I remember is being scared. I just stuck a needle inside my thigh. I remember thinking how it was in and out in just five seconds. As my mom pulls into some parking lot in El Paso, when the ambulance pulling into the parking lot at the same time. My mom, Grandma Kimbro--who was freaking out--, and me had just come from a doctor appointment for my grandma when my mom was talking to my family doctor who told her for me to stick myself. I looked at her like she was crazy because this would be the first time I would have to stick myself. I begged to pull over but my mother would not. They all are ready to bring me into a room. I remember think how embarrassed I was when everybody was looking at me. By this point I was ready to hit the bricks I was that tired. After the doctor on call was in to check on me he proscribed me to be on solumedrol, which burns when it is running though your body. After that was in my system, I was on the verge of knocking out. But when I was starting to drift off, my face was getting very itchy again. My mom went to go get the doctor because my face was swelling again, too. After that event we were in the hospital at the total of four hours. When we were on the way home I told my mom that I wanted to check in school because I had lost now almost two full days of school. When I walked in the school all these people were watching me. I think it was because I probably looked like I was hit with a bolder in the stomach. But in the end I had missed three straight days of six grade with a lot of homework and feeling horrible. My mom stayed home with me and my grandma, while I mostly slept most of the
