Russia continues to advance into German territory under the dictator Christof Gülgh. Although, the United States of America continues to find ways past our defense and are increasing their bombing at a disconcerting rate. After 13 years of repugnant and abhorrent war, the two nuclear arm wielding countries come closer each day to the point where they view nuclear weapons as a cogent solution instead of a labyrinthine complication. My life before the war is becoming an even more distant memory as this hostility continues to tread on. Russia was doing fine economically before this war adulterated our economy, our resources, and our way of life. If we have a life to live subsequent to this war, it will be portentously different

Knowing, she is safe in the concrete confinement in which she calls her home, she fears more for those who go to bed at night not knowing if they will make it to the next morning. She can hear their frantic voices echoing through the war consumed night.
Among the voices of the future victims of the war a mother yells to her little child, “Run! Run! You mustn't bring your cat! Hurry before the planes fly back!”
In which the child replies, “But I can’t live without Peaches Mommy! I just can’t!”
“There are a lot of things you won’t be able to do after this war if you don’t hurry up and we can’t get to the bomb shelter!”
Never being a mother herself, she only has to fret about her own well being, but some how that transpires to be arduous when ration tickets are sparse and water is scant. Stepping back from the window and towards her mirror, she glances at her reflection. In the mirror, she sees the reflection of a younger version of herself. The younger version of herself looks her in the eyes and whispers eerily with tears gushing down her cheek, “You could have averted the demise of millions, but instead you left the possibility of that all behind when you gave up your political position believing you failed to save the lives of the two people you loved the
