"Maybe I can escape," I think as I scrubbed my bare arm. I sighed and dunked my head under the lukewarm water and then sat up again. Clovis was sitting upon the toilet lid as I bathed myself in the scented water. He didn't like the invitation I had given him to in beginning but I'll have to break him into showering and using the bathroom.
"Clovis," I say sweetly towards the black fox. He perks up and pads over towards me. Using this opportunity I grab the fox pup and brought him into the tub. Clovis whines and attempts to scramble out but I held him in the water and laughed at his failing attempts to escape. Eventually, he stopped struggling and began to swim around in the water. I laughed at the fox, splashing him playfully as he chirps in response. …show more content…

I nodded and took the towel from her gratefully. "Thank you very much," I responded then stood up and wrapped myself up in the red towel. I hopped out onto the fuzzy rug beside the tub then took now the unhappy Clovis who now began to enjoy the water.
"I know buddy but we need to check on Baxter," I tell the fox who chirps in return while I dried him with another towel that Nina had brought. "I brought you some clean clothes," she informs as she brings out the bundle and hands it to me. "You're too kind," I tell the kind Nina who smiles and bows her head down. "My lady, his highness would like to see you," Nina informs me causing the towel from my hand to drop. "What," I exclaimed as I paused from drying Clovis. I was too shocked to comprehend what was occurring at the moment.
I raised my index to myself while looking around then saying, "Me?" Nina chuckles at my reaction and then skips off, leaving me befuddled. "What is going on," I asked Clovis who only chirps in
