Under The Rug It was 2008 on a hot summer day a guy named Joe just came home from work. He was in his 30’s and he lived alone. He walked into his bedroom and saw something under his rug. The bump was about 2 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Joe had no idea what it was. he stomped on it a few times and nothing happened. Then he waited a few minutes and it went away. Two weeks passed and it happened again. Now Joe is freaked out and won't go near the bump in the rug. He goes and calls a carpenter to see what is wrong. The carpenter said he would come tomorrow. Joe was about to go to bed until he found out the bump was in his room. So he slept on his couch it was not as cozy as the bed, but it worked. He woke up around 6:00 am. Joe screamed “GHOST.” He ran out of his house and went into his red car and drove to his parents house. His parents’ house was small but he could sleep in there basement. There basement was filled with old boxes and cobwebs. Joe slept with the lights on because he did not want the ghost to come into his parents house. He did not got a good sleep because he was worried. He only got 2 hours of sleep. Joe was the first to wake up. So he decided that He should make breakfast for his parents.
