Yes, I placed the sticky note and made the pen and ink changes to the projected timesheet that is not submitted to payroll until Friday. That way you will have enough time to see it ask questions or make the necessary changes to the document. Donna Meader and I met with Lois Ryan, Allison Conklin, and Kim Warren on 3/17/16 from 10:30 to 11:30 regarding Jackie Watson’s FMLA. The meeting was scheduled by Chris Flyntz specifically to inquire about what options Chris has as a supervisor and what choices the agency has as a whole in regards to Jackie Watson’s continued absence from work. To begin the meeting, Chris provided each attendee with a copy of a calendar which is used as a tracking device for Jackie’s FMLA hours as well as non-FMLA hours. The calendar presented recorded Jackie’s absences from April 13, 2015 to current (FMLA hours were typed in, while non-FMLA hours were hand written in). It was noted that Jackie’s current FMLA paperwork received from her doctor indicates that she may need to miss work intermittently 1-2 times per month with each episode.
Situation/ Task: Tarr, on Tuesday 01/23/2018, you were scheduled to work 3:00p.m.-11:00 p.m. You were seen parking your car in Gate House driveway. You parked your car and ran into Gate House to punch and walked back out to moved your car. Parking your car in any of our driveways to clocked in is a violation of our time management policy and it is falsification of timecard. Action Taken: It was discussed with Tarr on 01/23/18, the importance of following the time management and falsifying timecard.
Client missed his first assessment appointment (3/23) with the LAMP VASH worker, because CM provided him the wrong address. Client was able to reschedule his appointment with Laurie Garza at an earlier date (3/30). Client stated that his appointment with Laurie Garza went really well, but he has to provide her with a copy of his EBT verification letter. Client stated that he has to visit the DPSS office in Orange County to obtain his EBT verification letter, and provide Laurie Garza a copy of it at his next appointment (4/7).

Good morning Joyce, I received a duplicate Food Stamps appointment today at 9:00 AM, which Ronald processed on 11/19/2015. He had an APPL30 (2661997) and FLINFO (2658722) tasks open, but you marked them complete on 11/23/2015 while you were processing the Medi-Cal portion assigned to you, could you re-open the tasks? So he can finish processing the Food Stamps application. Please, let me know if you need something else. Thank you.
YTD Donell has increased his sick time from last year 28.75 to 29.5, and his tardy’s increased from 0 to 2 this review period. Donell remains under the 48 hour attendance and it is appreciated. Orders are processed in a timely manner as the supervisor can count on Donell to complete the daily items. Donell works overtime as needed with little to no notice as orders may be entered late in the day. Donell can receive a higher rating by reducing his sick hours and tardy punches.
I know that we had degust on how to take note on how my date went on the days I’m scheduled to work at The Salvation Army. I am special education department head at Wenonah High. I apologized for getting back at later date. I did not have work hours for this pay period.

Overworked. That’s the closest word that I could use to describe this week. I feel like this journal is going to be about me just bickering, yet there is some stuff you might want to read about. First of all, I have been sleeping three hours this week because of upcoming midterms, quizzes, and assignments due. I am sleep deprived and mentally drained and as my second year in college I have never had my life drained out of my body like a passing shadow.
