Look around the room ,do you see anyone who looks the same? You shouldn’t, no one is the same. The things about me are different from many other people I like to dance, I love vegetables, and I I also hate liars. The first thing you need know about be is that I’m a dancer. I am really competitive dancer. I have been competing since last year and ever since then I’ve been pushed.
All the racers including me was lined up on the starting line, and we were off like a speeding bullet out of a forty cal. On the first corner my brakes didn’t work and my throttle would stick. I knew I was going to crash big time. Sadly, i ramped over the corner and flew off the dirt bike.
I chose this dance because it seemed like a true ballet dance. While I was looking for a clip I came across countless dances that were “mixed genres” such as, contemporary ballet and lyrical ballet. This dance is also very beautifully unique, the way the dancer makes her positions clear(1:16), how she uses her limbs to her long limbs to her advantage, and how her movements progressively get faster with the song make this dance unique .
My life I am sixteen years old photographer in Thailand. And I have portfolio with Hasselblad company. I have many dreams such as I want to travel around the world and take a picture everyplace I will go. Sports are my favorite activities. Sometime when I have free times I will play football.
Sofa In the corner of my memory lies a dilapidated, black sofa— my only loyal friend who had looked past my ethnicity and continuously supported me. Although I had always yearned to create a multitude of unbreakable friendships, fate was not on my side. Throughout my childhood, I have been unable to deepen the bond with my peers during after school hours due to my low socioeconomic status.
Change Essay I clumsily climbed onto the large circular tramp trembling with apprehension. The class was instructed to execute several acrobatic jumps to test our skill level. Frankly, I had never set foot on a trampoline before. Gym class had never been pleasant for me and this was no exception. All around the tramp kids chattered and laughed.
Roller Coaster Galore On the morning of July 21st, 2015, Kayla, Carlee, and I arose earlier than the birds to get ready for an adventure. An adventure to the one and only King’s Island in Mason, Ohio. We were all groggy, exhausted, and ready to go by 6:30 a.m. My mom drove us girls, and my brother, Michael drove behind us with Jacob Whatley.
“Okay ladies,” she spoke over out light chatter. “Today we are going to start off with gymnastics. Get into three lines and take turns doing either running passes or standing passes, now is your chance to show me what you are capable of doing.” I knew that this was my one chance to prove to her that I was worthy of being on her cheer team. Taking my spot about fourth back in the line, I took a deep breath and watched as the girls in front of me did a variety of flips and twists.
I dreamed that I was competing in a horse jumping show. I arrived and got on my horse only to realize that I had not worn the correct, institution approved shoes. I was barred from competeting. I had to walk my horse with shame and embarrassment out of the arena, back through all the other correctly shod competitors. But then my horse got scared of some inanimate object sitting at one side of the arena
We went up the hill for a couple of more runs, and just like you already know we got on the chairlift and put on our bindings once we got off. We went all the way to the right side of the hill and carved down the soft snow. While I was going down, my board hit a small ice ball and my board caught an edge and I landed hard on my butt.
I would have never guessed that patience would teach me so many things in life. It played an important role in my life the day I was learning how to ride a snowboard. Small lessons can help you later in life. On that cold winter’s day, I learned that practice and patience are significant things that life teaches us. “I want to try the snowboard now,” I said as I watched my little brother ride down our hill without any troubles at all.
My fall walk started on a bright, and sunny day. The birds were chirping and flying through the sky. The wind was blowing the red, yellow and orange leaves off the branches of the trees. Walking through the grass, I heard the sound of dry leaves crunching under my feet. My neighbors had different fall decorations in their yard.
We some how managed to push them both in. What all three of us then didn't notice at first is that now it would just be us left on the water trampoline! We had no choice but to go after each other. Tyler got on top of me and then Sam tried pushing us both in the water but we turned the tables and pushed Sam but he was too strong for us. They turned on me and I dropped to my stomach and would not allow them to push me off.
and I had to go on the tumble track. I ran across it and did a front flip off the end of it and when I landed I ended up breaking my arm. When I looked down at it I couldn't believe it, it felt like I was dreaming. I remember I screamed, not because it hurt but because of the way it looked. Everyone in the room was staring at me wondering what happened.
I have never really liked roller coasters. Unfortunately, I have come to the conclusion that life is very much like one. The first and only time I rode a roller coaster, I was ten years old and anxiously excited. I lack the precaution to remove my glasses before boarding a silly mistake, especially considering the beast in question is called “The Corkscrew,” a monstrous structure that, as the name indicates, loops up, down and upside-down in a giant corkscrew. I am calm while boarding and as the tangle of gears beneath us clicks and groans.
