The best landform region in Canada is the Great Lakes-Saint Lawrence Lowlands because of its fertile land, wide range of vegetation and mild temperature. The region has one of the best farming lands in the country. This is because the GLSLL is the youngest landform region in Canada and the soil is much softer and there are multiple water bodies around the area to provide enough water to sustain good soil. This creates job opportunities and fresh local food for Canadians in the area. The Great Lakes-Saint Lawrence Lowlands has the widest variety of vegetation than any other region in Canada.
In the third chapter, ““...a Hundred Lives are Shoved Inside”, of Under the Big Black Sun: A Personal History of L.A. Punk, by John Doe and Tom DeSavia, Doe describes the small duplex that contributed to a creative environment that allowed the band X to create the two albums, Wild Gift and Under the Big Black Sun. Furniture which had been purchased at junk stores, bathroom walls that had aluminum foil for wallpaper, and scary voodoo bric-a-brac which was put up with the intention of preventing break ins (9). Despite the small confined environment, the creative minds that put together X still managed to create a history that went on to produce, not only one but two critically acclaimed albums. The building, like many in Los Angeles, provided

In the article “Making Do: Women, Family and Homes in Montreal during The Great Depression” by Denyse Baliargeon, explains her view of family life from her interviews during the great depression. Those who don’t live or have ever been may think that Canada is a country that is not diverse maybe even monocultural, that Canada is flat full of only farmland and rural towns, that we live lives fueled by hockey and that is all that Canada is. In reality every Canadian knows it is much more it is diverse, scenic and urban. In the essay “My Canada” by Anita Rau Badami she said this about Canada “the country had been doing a slow dance for me over the nine years that I had lived here, showing me tantalizing little bits of itself every now and then.” The quote by Badami says that Canada has little charms spread throughout the country, such as the vastness and natural beauty of Lake Louise and all National Parks. Festivals in Edmonton which displays Canadian culture and a variety of other cultures from around the earth.

It has a great selection of maple products and ice wines which are found only in Quebec.
The first time I went to Mackinac Island was a truly unforgettable experience. Lots of people have always told me “We can’t go, we can’t fit the wheelchair on the boat.” But during last summer in August we decided to go Mackinaw City instead. I was super excited for it, I don’t why I had been to the city parts a thousand times over. That and I was sick as a dog with an unexplainable cold but that didn’t stop mom from saying “okay we’re going.”
Port Renfrew, Vancouver Island, where the fog rises before your eyes. In the summer between the tenth and eleventh grade, my family decided that Vancouver Island would be lovely to visit. I agreed; I would have a chance to photograph what I never have before. Although it was summer, the temperature was significantly lower, with the sun straying close to the clouds. I remember the open sea, in all its unrestrained glory, the way it nipped at me as I strayed near the edge of the cliffs, I did that often.
Women have shaped Canadian History The proliferation of Canadian women’s movements, notably their redefining role in society, has had a profound propitious impact on Canada’s identity in the twentieth century. The contribution of Canadian women in the cultural life (sports, the arts and dance), the political impact from the leadership role of a female perspective (Nellie McClung) and women’s economic empowerment all contribute to the shape of Canadian history. Canadian culture had become invisible and nearly indistinguishable from the neighboring United States.

Life in these parts of Canada is very diverse from the rest of Canada. One thing you will notice is the transportation. They have a very cool way of getting around. They use dog sleds. In Nunavut there are no roads connecting each community.
