Personal Narrative: Road Trip

Road Trip Kaley opened room 125 in Saint Charles hospital down the street next to and mary's coffee shop. As she opened the door, her grandmother was laying on her bed with oxygen tubes in her nostrils. As Kaylee walked in, her grandmother right away knew it was her bye the way she knocked and by the way she walks in. Kaley starts to speak to her grandmother in a quiet but loud enough voice for her to hear "Hi grandma! How are you feeling today? I brought you some chocolates" "Oh hi darling! They started heading east. Their final destination was Florida. They started on a Friday morning at 6 am. They all decided on using Johnny’s car because he got the best gas mileage considering space inside the car and speed at which the highest speed of the car can reach. At points throughout their journey, they conversed, they napped, they changed drivers, they ate, they drank, they did all the things you could ever possibly do in a car during a road trip. Of course, they stopped at tourist sites and they had fun along they way also. At one point, they were having too much fun laughing that they passed a gas station and a sign that said “NO GAS, FOOD, OR LODGING - NEXT 200 MILES” It was 7 o’clock in the evening and all of the sudden the gas light turns on - BING! BING!. “Oh man, the next gas station I see I am going to fill up” said Johnny “If I recall, I haven't seen a gas station on this road for miles” said Frank “Lets just keep driving and see where it leads us.” said Judith Everyone agreed and they just went on.
