Despite being the editor for our client project, I had involvement throughout all stages of the production process; and in this report I will try and evenly discuss both my unique role as well as my other involvements and how they came together to teach me lessons and introduced me to new experiences. Preparing me for a career in the professional corporate video industry. Throughout our shoots on location; easily one of the greatest challenges we and to rise up to as a team related to the issues brought about by exterior on-location film shoots. Our first couple of shoots were a learning curve in respects to how weather and environment can affect our shoot.
Sound? Roll camera, action! Arriving on set in a pair of jeans, an Eagles sweatshirt, and a worn-in pair of black and white Converse shoes, David Amutah is ready to start his thirteen-hour day of shooting. The use of diegetic sound, dialogue, and music to build tension and expectation is followed throughout his filmography. I have chosen the drama comedy Coffee and Cigarettes, 2003, and the indie drama Permanent Vacation, 1980. Each excerpt from these films portrays all of the described characteristics of Jarmusch’s film style that gives his viewers a deeper perspective of his modern ideas.
The Ride Today, my family and I went to Kings Island and we made it through the exhausting car ride.. We walked into the park and we were started looking for somewhere for a roller coaster to ride like the small ,medium, big, and huge I wanted to go on a medium kind roller coaster. We roamed around a little going around checking all of the places to eat, little games to play, and the huge rides they have. I said to my dad “ There's a lot of places to eat here.” he and said “I wonder why it’s always packed too.”

I have always been interested in digging out more information about the conflicts that is happening right now in the Middle East. What is the root cause of all the chaos? Why does it last so long and doesn’t seem to end? Why do the world leaders allow it to happen and pretend there is nothing wrong? No matter how much research is done, nobody can experience is worse than the innocent civilians who are greatly affected by the tragedy.
In the film ‘Nosedive’, directed by the brilliant Joe Wright creates a society where he contrasts reality and social media. Joe Wright displays where society is headed if we don’t change the entanglement between humans and technology. Joe Wright heavily critiques this society by using key film aspects such as camera work, sound, mise-en-scène and editing, as he then breaks these aspects down into key techniques. Joe Wright carefully considered where all these techniques and aspects fall into place to create the perfect dystopian yet ‘perfect’ world, followed by a perfectionist main character, Lacie Pound and her journey to become more popular and perfect in the duration of the film.
