From the roar of the crowd filling the stands, to the vigorous scratching of pens and pencils on paper, the city of Cupertino has provided a unique atmosphere for me to grow and develop in. Ever since I first picked up a baseball bat at 5 years old, there has never been a period of time I wasn’t participating in sports. I love competition as it always drives me to be the best I can possibly be. In everything I do, I intend to stand triumphant and compete to the utmost of my abilities. That is the one true positive I can think of from this area; it cultivates competitors. In everything we do, we’re thrown into a pit and told to fight to the death. But then again, our families force us to fight to the death over everything. Theodore Roosevelt
