The city of Las Vegas is one of the intercontinental entertainment centers with millions of visitors yearly, and place for the diverse immigrants seek various levels of careers. The diverse population differed by cultural belief, faith, and values, including language and lifestyle. We are exposed to many non-English speaking patients and families for health care delivery within the hospital as well as communitywide. Recently one of my new grads had been assigned to a twenty-nine-year-old young female with postoperative complicated abdominal surgery which was hospitalized for more than five weeks.
