Unlike twins Have you ever seen unlike twins? Me neither, until my sisters were born. When someone mentions the word “twin” our brain immediately visualize two persons or things that are equal, or at least that have many similarities. In this particular case, my sisters are the contrary of everything that our mind is imagining about the genetic concept of being a twin. Afterwards, one day one of them was lost in a park for about 45 minutes. My mom said desperately that she has a twin, but they are so distinct that everyone who looks at the other girl said they have not seen anyone like her. Yet, when my mom look carefully, my lost sister was quietly playing with the daughter of the person she had recently asked. My two sisters are as different as day and night, not only in appearance but also in character. My mother decided to assign totally different names to my sisters. One is called Agni, which is associated to the God of fire, while the other is called Adria, which is related to Adriatic Sea. Agni has a very short blond hair; however, Adria has a long dark hair. For instance, when there is a situation in which they have to share a toy, they reflect different attitude, which clearly shows their personality. Agni is quiet and always let Adria play with her toys. In addition, Adria has a demanding attitude, trying to make other people do what she wants. If I am going to talk about who is a very social person I have to mention Agni, she has a very sweet character while Adria is more apathetic. If one of them receives a gift, Agni starts crying because she is excited about it, on the contrary Adria just smile and say thanks.
