Personal Narrative: Transgender People Should Be Allowed In Schools

Ashton is a 16 year-old transgender boy from Manteca. He is known as a boy, but was assigned to the girls ' gym class, this singled him out since he was the only boy in a class full of girls. This made him devastated and uncomfortable. He couldn 't focus in his other classes. In North Carolina, the law is to use the bathroom that is written on their birth certificate. I believe that people should use the bathroom that they identify for because people are being treated unfairly. In addition, people won 't feel left out in any of their classes if they are being treated as the gender they are identified for.
