Good Afternoon Erica, As you know I have worked here at the Cy-Fair campus for the past five years. I enjoy working with the staff and is always willing to help whenever possible. I have work hard to make sure that I am fulfilling my obligations to the students along with any other task that assigned to me. I enjoy my job and work hard to make sure that the Cy-Fair team is successful. What that being said I would like to ask if you could speak with Donna about her attitude towards me.
Now, of course I had APUSH at the end of the day. So it left me plenty of time to think about and become exhausted over the dread that was building up inside of me for just receiving back a test. I couldn’t focus in any of my classes, and didn’t think about anything other than “I can’t believe I failed.” The instant I walked into the classroom my knees almost buckled to the point where I collapsed. All I could do is sit in the corner with my hands on my head as Ms. Bradley said “Some of you did amazing on this essay!
Good Afternoon, Julien, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me earlier today about the position with Gateway Educational Services. I really enjoyed meeting with you and Christina, and learning more about the company. I am confident that my ability to learn and my attitude would be a great match for this opportunity. I am very excited about the potential in joining Gateway Educational Services. Thank you again, and I look forward to speaking with you tomorrow.
“Life is a game, boy. Life is a game that one plays according to the rules.” Game, my ass. Some game. If you get on the side where all the hot-shots are, then it’s a game, all right—I’ll admit that.
I am writing this in hopes that this will serve as a testimony on Samantha Rowe’s behalf. I am hopeful that this will be considered as an adequate testimony in lieu of me being present. I have had the pleasure of knowing Samantha for three months, and I consider her a great person who places value on integrity and honesty. I also place emphasis on these values, and as a future school counselor, I desire to help people reach their maximum potential. As such, I am writing this not only to protect Samantha, but also in hopes of aiding _____ in receiving the help that she needs in order to succeed in her personal life.
As I walked into the building, here were two ladies sat seated behind a desk waiting to greet and assist the test takers. I was given instruction to sign in on their clipboard, and they gave an overview of what could be expected. One of the ladies wished me good luck, and the other rose from her seat to walk me back to the testing center.
Mr. Higgins, First I want to thank you and the rest of the staff for organizing the intervention this morning. I was reflecting back on my time at Brophy after the meeting and recognize that I have received many opportunities that most student can not receive in public high school. If I had a chance to redo my four years of high school I would definitely still pick Brophy. Even though my high school career at Brophy could have been better, none of the moments I have had (good or bad) has been a waste. Brophy has dramatically changed my life farther than any school could have and changed the way I think and carry myself between freshman year and now.
In this practicum I will narrate an interview that was done with a Hispanic parent. I will describe her and her family structure. I will also elaborate on her involvements in her children academics, and teacher parent relationship. Also better ways to encourage parents to get involved in their children education will be added, and how teachers can assist with making the parents feel welcomed inside of the classroom.
To EPAC Appeals Sub-committee: This morning I received an email regarding my dismissal from the College of Nursing program. I am aware that I have failed NUR 250: Knowledge Foundations with a 71, instead of a 73. I’m writing this appeal letter to explain the cause of my poor grades and to ask you to please reconsider me to continue my progression into the nursing program. My poor academic performance has been a result of multiple stressors and life problems.
The last time we talked you said that you would like to see me work on developing a nation profile for SFA in assessment. I have been offered the opportunity to serve as the assessment specialist for Texas as part of the Multi-State Collaborative (MSC). As I am sure you know, the MSC is a cooperative venture between American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) and the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO). AAC&U and SHEEO have decided to seek an Institute of Educational Sciences (IES) grant to further the work of the MSC. As part of the grant application, each state must identify an assessment specialist to work with the project.
One of the most important actions that a student can take, is to be honest, and self-reflective, about the level of understanding achieved after completing any course within his/her education career. From my personal view, I feel that this class provided me with a great introduction to the MHA program, and is setting me up for successful in this educational program; but with that being said I would not pretend that I was able to assimilate every concept that was presented in this course, I would definitely need to continue to review the material in this course and on the MHA program overall, so that I could be a knowledgeable, and effective Health Care Manager. When it comes to my ability to discuss the different learning outcomes, I have to say that I definitely acquired a much deeper understanding of the material presented in this course. The materials were not difficult concepts to understand, but sometimes the way the material was delivered made it a difficult task just to read through the information, but as I would imagine, we are trying to achieve an education at a much higher level, which requires the processing and understanding of much more complex information, that sometimes will be
I believe it is easier for me to understand because I have gone or seen some of the struggles that you have faced through. As I read more about your past background it says that you were “Born in East New York section of Brooklyn” (Salgado). It also says that you attended at the “University of Maryland and dropped out a year after due to your instructor
After exiting the admission office walking to another office in my mind again it would think I don’t even know where these offices are at and I felt ridiculous walking around because I felt that I looked lost which made me even more nervous. Once I found the pathway center they asked what I needed and I said that I needed help with my class selection. She was very kind and had the patience for me which I liked but bad thing once looking for classes that I needed to take were all full and I didn’t want to take classes that were not necessary so at that point I thought to myself that I might not be
