Looking inside myself, I can point out many different behaviors, thoughts, and desires. Some of these behaviors, thoughts, and desires are wanted and some unwanted. Throughout life, specifically my life, I aspire to change these unwanted behaviors, and accomplish these desires and thoughts. The main goal in my life is to find a way to rid these negative behaviors and accomplish my aspirations. Behaviors such as anxiety, and the fear of failure are negative behaviors I would like to conform to positive behaviors. I desire to find the right college and career that is most beneficial to me and makes me experience joy. These negative behaviors, along with my desires for life, can be accomplished or changed with the right attitude and focus.
Anxiety is overwhelming. Anxiety can lead to negative behaviors and actions. Personally, anxiety is starting to overwhelm myself because of the decisions I am starting to make about my future. This behavior has taken over my thought processes. Good times have led to worrisome times because of anxiety. This behavior can be alleviated or even ridden with the right techniques. By speaking with instructors and peers, I have came to the consensus that failure is inevitable. I have learned that you must fail first to learn lessons needed in life. This absolutely terrifies me. In my life, I want everything to go perfect. I need a plan of action for every decision in my life. I live for what-ifs. In order for me to rid my anxiety, I must first come to terms with other negative behaviors in my life, such as, the fear of failure. After facing this fear and dealing with it accordingly I can move on to overcoming other negative behaviors in life. I feel that the best way for me to overcome this fear is to experience failure. After I experience this failure, I hope to have the right focus and direction to bounce back and come back even
