I am in the capacity of a Resident Engineer performing functions that require high level of independence, I brief my superiors on biweekly bases on the status of the projects I oversee and consult with them when needed.
As an Engineer, our profession is that of great independence, where professionals are often initiators, decision makers, work great in teams and require little to no supervision.
