Naturally, being a human I understand that food is an essential requirement to survive. However, as an aspiring culinary enthusiast, I recognize that food gives insight into cultures that other forms of education can fail to achieve. Farm-to-Table and Climate Control are ideologies I strongly support. In addition, food brings forth peace amongst adversaries as well celebrates speculator occasions. But yet, this extraordinary blessing we have as humans to experience unique taste is under-appreciated and mass produced with processed chemical ingredients. We as humans shouldn't be viewing food as just a necessity. Food requires your imagination to have zero restrictions and your heart to have a revolutionary ambition. Food is an art and it requires the same respect and appreciation as the fashion and entertainment industry. By good fortune, food has become my infatuation.

I have the motivation to achieve in bringing to reality a culinary art's revolution through exceptional education found at the Culinary Institute of America. Seeking a bachelor's in the culinary arts management degree will not only combine my creativity with a logical approach, but it shall also shape my perception as an entrepreneur. In addition to the economics major, I plan on pursuing succeeding my education at the Culinary Institute of America, I set my sights to graduate school. I hold a strong theory that I can persuade restaurateurs in shifting away from chemically ridden ingredients. However, that only begins at that moment I become an alumni. It becomes a reality the moment, I open the doors to my restaurant. It becomes an accomplishment as soon I establish my charity for our veterans and homeless.
