PERSONAL STATEMENT I am a person who has always had a recondite passion and fascination for areas requiring an analytical approach. Right from early days at school, Mathematics has captivated me. The most challenging of all problems were my favorite ones and obtaining solutions to them would leave me in euphoria. Even during the summer holidays , I joined Abacus classes to sharpen my mind. Then I found interest in how to solve the problems using technology and joined summer courses Diploma in Computer Applications(DCA) and Advanced Diploma In Java Programming from an ISO 9001:2000 certified company for the same. Through the many opportunities I have had here, I have found that I have a deep interest in research work and a strong aptitude for the type of problem-solving and problem discovery that research involves. My work in the current organization, which deals with Big Data analytics is both demanding and challenging and motivates me to pursue active research in Computer Science as a career. The kind of latest technologies I have been learning and currently working on made me strongly to realize my inclination towards the research and learning area and make me perceive towards the graduate studies .
At this point, I aspire to pursue graduate studies with the focus on Artificial Intelligence in addition to Computer Networks, Distributed Systems, Operating Systems, and Programming Languages. I feel that courses such as Machine Learning and Foundation of Artificial Intelligence can help me immensely in my graduate studies. I feel this should be my next step on my road to a career in research in Computer Science. In the long run, I would like to see myself as a researcher in one of the top organizations like Google, Microsoft and Facebook leading Products and Innovation
