Analysis and interpretation This chapter focuses on interpretation of data obtained by using standardized questionnaires regarding Personality Traits and Empathy of MSW and MBA HR students who are pursuing final year of their master’s degree in Bangalore. The data was obtained from 100 MSW students and 100 MBA students, the total being 200 students. The analysis and interpretation of the data will prove the hypothesis of the researcher, help to develop insights for social work. The implications form a Human Resource perspective in studying the relationship between Personality Traits and Empathy. 4.1 Demographic details of the participants 4.1.1 Age of the participants Figure 4.1 – Age of the participants In the study conducted among 200 participants who are students pursuing in the MSW, 85.5% of them fall under the age group of 20-25, and remaining 14.5% from MBA showing that the sample is very representative across the age groups.
