Everyone in America has to go to school at some point in their life. Most students in California attend school for 6 hours a day. In Adelanto, CA students learn math, science, language arts, history, PE, and an elective during that time. Some students are struggling academically with this kind of schedule.I believe that students do not need to go to school for 8 hours a day be successful.

I think going to school for 8 hours will help a lot but at the same time it takes up a lot of time and we are in school for 6 hours already, and we have to get up around 6 and 7 because school starts at 8 but certain schools starts at 7 so we are lucky to have school start at 8 and by been at school for 8 hours will mess up our schedules because …show more content…

Some students are struggling academically with this kind of schedule.I believe that students do not have to go to school for 8 hours a day to be have succeeded.

Other’s think we should not have an 6 hour school day because kids would have more time to do after school things like coloring, playing, talking laughing, and many other things and also the school district will save money the percentage of students that day 89 percent should not have an 6 hour school day and 11 percent say yes.Most people have their opinions about different things address more they would do less work but have badder grades. Teachers would have less shifts and more me time all to myself.

If there were an 8 hour school day kids would most likely to get better grades than to fail even more classes to not succeed. But if we had a shorter school day that would not happen there would be less tests exams less notes homework, and studying no classes. But some people want to goof off with more school hours with less no bad behavior and less referrals, I understand if teachers would lose less money it 's a part of life. But they would have less problems with students and more relaxation to spend time with husband or wife. The district will benefit even more with other job opportunities to do new things that they dream of to not waste their lives
