Everyday a young child is starving because his or her parents cannot afford to feed him/her. In the Feed the Children commercials, they stare disconsolate showing how uncomfortable and unhappy they are. Knowing how some people starve and are not as fortunate still does not have a big affect on some people. People often spend on extra things that they do not even need. This excess spending on food is putting their health at risk causing obesity. Twenty years ago, no state had an obesity rate above 15 percent. Now it seems as more and more people are becoming obese. Sadly, people are becoming obese due to the lack of exercise. If obesity rates stay consistent, by 2030, 51 percent of the population will be obese (obesity campaign). From here on, we will be able to make thousands of lives better. The fatter the person the more meat we will have to consume. To some this idea may sound insane or psychotic. In my opinion, I believe that this is the best choice to actually make. It may seem like were being cruel and killing off everyone that is not healthy, but that is far from what we are trying to do. My reasoning behind this so called madness is quite simple. You may wonder, “Why did she come up with this idea”? Well, I was so tired of seeing poor children in commercials sad and hungry. Children who are not properly nourished from the womb through 24 months old (approximately the first 1,000 days of life) are more likely to suffer from chronic malnutrition or stunting (Feed the Children). The people will not receive the whole person at once to prevent any diseases due to so much of the fatty tissue. This will help us to support the less fortunate countries. Also, it will help us to encourage people to be healthier, unless they want to get eaten. We together can make this nation a healthier
