United States of America has been known as the land that welcomes in newcomers with open arms. Every year, there are well over a million immigrants that enter to USA expecting to receive all the benefits of a citizen without going through the arduous process of becoming a legal citizen.

Throughout the history, the United States of America has received more immigrants from more countries than any other nation. Unfortunately, a lot of them are illegal.

America is truly a nation founded by immigrants who created laws for this country to live, eat, sleep, and die by. USA was formed and founded on immigrants; citizen should not deprive others of that dream just because they are prejudiced for their nature.

That is to say, that immigrant must adapt to America´s way of life, not the other way around. This includes learning English. The whole idea of providing bilingual schooling and such to people who do not speak English does not make sense. Americans were here first and if immigrants want to fit into society, they need to change their ways to fit that society, not make the society change to fit them.

Most illegal immigrants come to the United States in search of employment, not to go on welfare, as much anti-immigration political and activists would claim. For many years federal officials have attempted to deter illegal immigration by denying undocumented aliens access to the United States job market. They used laws to do that, through employer sanctions made it a crime for employers knowingly hires illegal aliens.
