When it comes to staying Vegas, you have two different schools of thought: you have those who suggest staying on the Strip, and those who suggest Downtown Vegas. If you have only seen Las Vegas through the eye of movies and television, then you have probably seen a lot of Disney-like attractions and mega resorts, and these five-star hotels have been built more for catering to the rich and famous or those looking to spend their money.

For the other crowd, you have people who earn a regular pay check, and they have little desire to spend their time energy to be perceived as wealthy. That is where staying in a hotel with affordable food, drink and entertainment can prove an inexpensive option. You might think that budget Las Vegas hotels are impossible to find, but they do exist outside the Strip. You can still see all the famous sights and have an equal amount of fun Downtown as you can dealing with the stress of staying on the Strip.
