Despite how it may appear in many places around our great county with lots of our wonderful dogs running around off leash, but there is a leash law that most of dog's owners doesn't obey. On the other hand, dog's owners said our dogs are create to be free; putting a leash law would most likely to a wild animals not our friendly dogs; they should be allowed to run around for their health. Dogs are learned from a young age from their owners, this will develop the dog's characteristics and behavior tolerance as well as the aggressiveness. As a result, once the owners break the law the dogs will do; while enjoying any dogs should include being a responsible dog's owner, it helps to stay very familiar with the laws and rights. it's a simple rule that states illegal for people to allow their dogs to run free in public property. …show more content…
