If my solution of promoting education and training for Pit Bull owners and their dogs were to be enforced the number of Pit Bulls killed would decrease sufficiently. This would be the case because all Pit Bull owners would be held responsible for educating themselves on the breed before adopting a Pit Bull and properly training their Pit Bull throughout its life in their family with the proper tactics and socialization skills. After attempting to save her dog from two angry pitbulls, the 53-year old woman had suffered severe injuries. The incident occurred at 7:30 am. The police later cornered the dogs.
