The internet is all about the transfer of information. Not only is the internet used to distribute information, but it is also used to collect it. There is a potential danger of compromising your privacy as well as being transparent to the government and other organisations. Due to this danger, people should be more careful with how they share their data. As Edward Snowden said “Arguing that you don't care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide, is no different than saying you don't care about free speech because you have nothing to say”. Although you should consider that there is the aspect of individual pricing for products which can be bad for you when you get a higher price when they realize that you are interested in the product they offer you.
