Did you know that if you are inside too much that you stress level will go up but just getting outside and getting fresh air your stress level will go down.I believe that kids should go outside and play for a least 20 minutes pure day.I think that kids should go outside for 20 minutes pure day because they will get exercise,be able to use their imagination,getting out of the house and prevent people for getting over weight.
