Besides that, I am responsibility, patience and highly efficient person. I know that I have to handle and deal with too many things to become a PTA. For instance, working in the hospital is always busy and stressful, especially in our major requires employees work with the elderly patients or help the patients such as recovering from accident, illness or after a trauma and a coma. And one more reason is that I really like the environment working in areas program such as hospital, rehabilitation or nursing house. I am a very hard working person, I can work too many hours straight.

Aside from being knowledgeable in the field, Pathologists ' Assistants should also be flexible, amicable, communicate effectively, and possess time management skills. An important characteristic I noticed when observing the Pathologists ' Assistants was the amount of reasonability and trust they must gain from the Pathologists '. A patient 's diagnosis and course of treatment rely solely on the Pathologists ' Assistants ability to apply their knowledge and resources efficiently to sample appropriate areas of the given tissue. All in all, I admire the field as a whole but respect the role of a Pathologists ' Assistants because of their ability to tackle multiple tasks all at once, comply with the different demands from several Pathologists ', and remain poised under pressure. It is an honor to be able to work side-by-side with healthcare providers that go above and beyond to ensure quality service to their patients.
The traits that make a good medical assistant employee are numerous. The top three traits are different from one individual to next because we all see and have our own opinions which do not make anyone wrong. The traits that I have chosen are listening skills, teamwork, and organizational skills that would make me a good medical assistant. Calvin Neal Exploring a Health Career: Physician Assistant Ever since my cousin Paul, whom I’ve always looked up to, went to college and became a PA, I’ve wanted to follow in his footsteps. The definition of a physician assistant is “someone qualified to assist a physician and carry out routine clinical procedures under the supervision of a physician.” However, physician assistants can be so much more than that. They work in numerous fields such as pediatrics, obstetrics, orthopaedics, and with several health care providers such as nurses, surgeons, and physicians.
I have gained so much from working with you, as well as my work in the hospital, and now look forward to furthering my education and becoming a person who will have a strong impact on people's health and well-being. I feel like a letter from you will be an incredible asset to my application, and I truly appreciate the time and effort that you will put in to help me take this next step in my life. Physician Assistant schools are both academically and mentally rigorous. Therefore, they require applicants who are incredibly motivated, have excellent study strategies, and have a strong work ethic.
These qualities allow for a safe, effective environment that supports communication, health, healing and quality of life for the patients and the staff. Compassion is both the root and the actualization of the desire to see others do well. Strength is the ability to see people through pain and fear to healing and health. Creativity and curiosity supports willingly meeting challenges and solving problems in new ways appropriate, perhaps only in that moment. Scrupulous integrity ensures all parties are respected and resources managed appropriately.
It is also the responsibility of the physician assistants to examine patients, as would a doctor, in order to obtain information about a patients’ physical condition. In some hospitals physician assistants could find themselves practicing medicine on teams with other physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare workers. They would examine, diagnose and treat a multitude of patients from a broad range of backgrounds.
Medical assistants have specifics skills that helps them to preformed a quality work. Good listening skills will lead to effective communication. As medical assistants, they actively listen to the patient, meaning that all of their attention has to focus on what the patient is saying (Bonewit-West, K, 2009). Medical assistants show compassion, empathy and sympathy for others, they bound a special connection with the patient so that the induvial can receive the same level of caring as any other patient (Maciejewski, 2007). Patient need to be heard and attended, what a best option than to have an effective Medical assistant to take care of the patient.
I want to be a physician because I want people to grow old. At the age of 6, one of my closest friends was diagnosed with leukemia. By age 8, the disease claimed his life, robbing him of the opportunity to experience the privilege of growing old. Unfortunately, we live in a society of vanity. We see the process of aging and choose not to embrace it.
