What is Pitocin?
Pitocin is the name brand of Oxytocin which is a drug used to help with contractions during labor. It is also a natural hormone found in the female body during the childbirth process that helps with contractions and induces labor. It is also used during miscarriages to contract the uterus to push the fetus into the birth canal. Pitocin has side effects from its use which are:
Confusion
Convulsions (seizures)
Difficulty in breathing
Dizziness
Irregular heartbeat
Those are just a few but is also rare when Pitocin used.
What hormone in the human body is analog with Pitocin?
Testerone is analog with Pitocin it is found in the male testes. Testerone moves the sperm for reproduction.

During the winter there is a decrease of sunlight which interrupts the body internal clock which leads to depression. "A drop in serotonin, a brain chemical (neurotransmitter) that affects mood might play a role in SAD."
How does birth control works?
Birth Control stops ovulation from happening if there is no egg to fertilize there will be no pregnancy.
"Most birth control pills are combination pills containing a mix of the hormones estrogen and progesterone to prevent ovulation ( the release of an egg during the monthly cycle). A woman cannot get pregnant if she doesn 't ovulate because there is no egg to be fertilized."
What is your favorite hormone and why?
I really have no answer for this question because I 'm learning and never thought about any hormone in my body. This question may be answered at a later time once I learn and understand better.
