Aya’s Paragraph
Angela Lazypants is rushing to finish her paragraph about Google, so she decides to go over to Wikipedia and “learn” more about Google. She decided to, because Wikipedia is really hard to understand, copy the first paragraph of the article she found. When Angela turned in the paragraph, she did not give any credit to Wikipedia at all, and told her teacher that it was all her own original work. Is this plagiarism?

Anyway, when his homework was to turn in a summary of the Lightning Thief, he decided to look up “Summary of the Lightning thief, and copied and pasted it. Is that plagiarism?

Before she started her essay she learned about plagiarism, and she knew that she cannot copy and paste without “citing” her sources. Citing sources means to show where you get your information, and Clara put all of the websites at the bottom of her page, but she isn’t sure if it’s plagiarism or not.
