- working with working staff to set up strategies, models and frameworks. - Setting client administration measures & assuring that the current standards satisfy the customers & helps retaining them. • Coordinating with the workers themselves can help effectively in setting appropriate models for the procedures & systems because they are the ones who interact directly with raw materials and producing the products, so they would know better if anything in manufacturing needs improvement or so. • It is important to satisfy the current customers in different possible ways in order to retain them which eventually leads in attracting more customers as well.
Pinnacle Consulting Firm has come up with several areas that need to be improved within the company. The firm recommends taking each individual issue of concern in order to get an overall result,
In the five years as principal, her school met exceptional growth in the areas of reading and math. When asked how the school had progressed with her as principal, she said, “I created professional learning communities to focus on student learning and differentiated instruction.” After much success as a principal at Sunland Park, she was offered a principal position at Anthony Elementary. Anthony Elementary had not met AYP standards for three consecutive years. When Ms.Perez got to Anthony Elementary, the teachers had many excuses as to why Anthony Elementary was not meeting the AYP standards.
She wants to empower those who don’t even know how to ask for help. She has created strong ties to the community. As every kid walks through the door, Perla will greet them by their name and will ask them about themselves. She knows their sibling, their parents, and their interests. Perla knows her students because she has been working with the learning since it opened about three years ago.
PLC at Work focuses more on a student-centered culture, and individual teachers meeting each week and following specific processes to ensure success for each individual student. Throughout the process, teachers list essential skills desired for each unit, how much time will be allotted, and how they plan to assess the knowledge. The team will then look at results and determine what did and did not work, and how to teach the concepts better if many students were unsuccessful. They also focus on how to challenge the high-achieving students. An important aspect of this model is that the teachers themselves will have a voice and choice of “when and how” they decide to teach such material.

A school based community would need to be form to help improve the school. The school based community will involve everyone in the decision making process. I would seek feedback from parents to see what they expect from the school. A discussion of how teachers and parents can contribute to the vision will also be added. The stakeholders will have to understand their roles in order for process to be successful.
An example of when I have used inter-professional communication to collaborate to improve patient outcomes is when a patient came into the ED with urinary retention. This patient was an older man and he said that he has not urinated well the past few days. He stated that he just gets dribbles every so often and that he has an urge to go so bad. Once the ED physician communicated with the patient an order was put in to insert an Indwelling Catheter. I went into the patient’s bed area and described to him what I was going to do and how the catheter works.
In my experience so far with GCU 's online discussion forums, I have found that I actually quite enjoy corresponding via the forum. I think for me the big reason is that with online written communication, students have the ability to carefully construct questions and responses without the fear of negative backlash. Likewise, I feel that written communication online is also quite easier since it lacks others traditional classroom distractions such as time limitations and other students who may interrupt either the student or the professor. Although on the other hand, I think whether or not a student finds this method uncomfortable or not largely depends on how they feel about their skills of verbal English as compared to written communication.
Last spring I was enrolled in GCOM 123: Group Presentations. About two weeks into the class, I was assigned my group, which I would work with for the entire semester. For our first presentation, I met my group members at Carrier Library in a study room. My group consisted of five people who for the purpose of this assignment I will call Joe, Sally, Amy, Danielle and myself. During our meeting there was a major lack of motivation and it was startlingly clear nothing was being accomplished.
Business Planning Activity – Notes Only Document (Please answer each question thoroughly and retain a copy of this information for your records) 1. Describe your vision for building your practice at Edward Jones. How do you plan to add value to the clients and communities you will serve? My vision for building my practice at Edward Jones is to provide the best financial service and knowledge to those in my community.
On some days, not enough volunteers would come for the program and it made it difficult because we could no longer work one-on-one, and some of the kids would run around and lose focus. But on days where all the volunteers came the classes were fantastic; multiple volunteers could work with one kid and it was just so simple to run everything. The classes were way more fun when more people were there and it made it easy to play games and get to know everybody. This knowledge about communities will help me in forming a community in the Honors Housing because I know that to get involved and be a full member of the community, I have to not only participate in events and meet people, but also encourage others to take part in events.
After reading the dialogue related to this forum, it appears my colleagues agree it is important for PLC groups to establish protocols and meet regularly. More specifically, Marta shared an experience of where PLC groups were expected to complete forms, which caused stress and often times a distraction from the conversation. Subsequently the district moved to providing the team with an agenda to keep the collaboration time moving and structured. One new protocol I learned about is called 3-2-1. I learned from Kristine that this protocol is most often correlated with PBIS discussions relating to specific behavioral concerns.
The Practice - A community of practice is not just a shared interest. Members of a community of practice are generally practitioners of some description and they will develop a shared repertoire of resources: experiences, stories, tools, and ways of addressing recurring problems, which in the childcare profession is called a shared
