Almost every person in the world has seen a police officer. Most individuals see the police in person every day, but for a few pictures are the only way they can see many different things. Pictures are a great way to see things that happened in the past. It is impossible to travel back in time to see what a police officer looked like. People look at pictures to see what the past looked like. The only problem with pictures is that the person looking at the picture does not know anything about the feeling or thoughts of anyone in the photo. People can only image what someone is thinking or feeling in a picture, because the picture only shows what a person can see. This is important to the photo because crime rates are lower during the colder months. With the lower crime rates, the officers are less worried about something happening, so they can relax more as they are. Besides, they are in a wealthy area so there is already less crime there to begin with. A person can tell it is winter in the picture by looking at a few different things. One thing the person looking at the photo will see is snow on the ground. If the snow is not enough evidence that it is cold outside, then the coats that everyone is wearing is another good hint that is cold. Another point that it is winter the coffee being drank outside. Even though coffee is a popular drink, it would be less likely to be drank outside in the middle of summer. In the end, everyone will have an opinion about Police Coffee.
