Recommended: Impact of 9/11 attack
• There are reports that the September 11 attacks killed 2,996 people and injured more than 6,000 Americans. These deaths included 265 that were on four aircraft, 2,606 deaths just within the World Trade Center and surrounding areas, and the Pentagon had 125 deaths. These deaths weren’t necessary if the government was behind this evil intention just to bring Americans together for support of a war against another nation.
9-11 influence me by all of those good Americans who died from the attack. And it also influenced me because I never got to see the world trade center in real life before it was destroyed. And the world trade center is something that I really wanted to see because of how unique it was. The world trade center is now a part of our history and will be in everybody’s hearts forever.
A great terror struck our nation September 11, 2001, two aircraft’s hit the world trade centers, killing 2000 people and injuring over twice as many. A third aircraft flew into the Pentagon while a fourth crashed in a rural area in Pennsylvania. This day will forever be engrained into history as one of the worst terror attacks faced in this nation. Nearly three years later, in an attempt to figure out what happened on that tragic day, scholars came together to discuss the possible parallels between foreign and domestic terrorist. The author, Michael Kimmel, outlines the possible cause of the 2001 attacks and offers us a link between both foreign and domestic terrorism.
Just thinking that one of your family members could be dead right now if one flight wouldn 't have been canceled is kind of a scary feeling. 9/11 changed America forever and it will never be the same. Many people sat in front of televisions and radios listening hoping there loved ones would come home. Some even expected calls. Al Qaeda attacked the WTC for many reasons.
The placing of these two attacks also made a huge difference. One was on a military base and the other was in one of America’s largest cities. The attack on Pearl Harbor was on one of America’s biggest military bases, which created a huge problem, because the army was then down some of their ships and supplies. In two waves of terror lasting two hours long, they killed or wounded over 3,500 Americans and sank or badly damaged 18 ships.
Life changes Where were you on September 11, 2001? Almost every American citizen remembers exactly where they were and what they were doing on that day because it is such a historic moment for the United States. America completely changed after 9/11 nobody’s life was the same, everyone from the President of the United States to the mailman felt the effects of 9/11, and that included my Grandfather. My grandfather is named Vernon Cotten and he is a judge in a small town in Mississippi called Carthage that has a population of 5,000. He remembers the tragedy vividly.
The events that occurred during 9/11 have shaped American society in monumental ways. When the planes crashed into the world trade center, the pentagon, and the remote field, it finally forced America to open their eyes. They were forced to realize the importance of the inhabitants and the Dharma (role) that we all play in this world. As said in an article, history is never concrete. From what we can tell, history always reflects the current events.
I totally agree with you! After 9/11, which I might add was the most tragic event ever in the U.S, had to make something in order to counter-attack this horrible terrorist attack. Their solution is to seek any terrorist from within. I mean sure, it’s a great idea as you think about it but there are negatives and they are HUGE!
Since the election of Donald Trump there has been numerous amounts of changes in our nation. Trump is damaging the reputation around our country and causing other nations to lose their respect for us. Trump claimed that he would put the interests of Americans first, but he has not followed up with his words. The nation’s economy has gone more into debt since Trump’s election and there have been more upcomings or racial issues. The election of Trump has led to many downfalls such as a weaker economy that hurts Americans and more racist views.
In conclusion, the events of September 11th, 2001 marked a historic turning point in the United States. Specifically, in the way the United States acted in terms of global security. In order to limit terrorist attacks, serious steps need to be taken. We need to attack terrorist ‘safe havens’ and disrupt the ability of terrorists to gain land. By doing this, the government will disrupt terrorists’ ability to earn profits and therefore, fund attacks.
A date that has gone down infamously in America’s history is the tragic event that occurred on September 11, 2001. This date was a turning point in the world, and many changes could be seen, such as the addition of the TSA in airports and increased security. However, one of the lesser known effects was the sense of fear that was unconsciously instilled within our communities. Today, this fear is represented through our heightened awareness towards terrorism, and the increased distance we tend to place between ourselves and our fellow community members. While 9/11 was a day most noted for its horrific display of terror and the loss of many lives, it was also the day that we, as a nation, lost our sense of security and replaced it with a sense

The morning of Tuesday September 11, 2011 is one of the biggest tradgies of all time. On this specific day four airlines were hijacked by an Islamic group that goes by the name al-Qaeda. The attacks took the lives of 2,996 innocent people, injured nearly 6,000 people, and caused at least $10 billion in infracture and property damage. These attacks, also known as the 9/11 attacks, will forever be remebered as one of the most horrific days for so many people around this world.
Nearly the whole country watched in horror on the morning of September 11, 2001. As the planes crashed and the towers burned, many thought it simply wasn’t true. They believed that it was impossible that someone could hate America that much. It was true, and it left lasting effects on Americans everywhere. Al-Qaeda had carried out a plan so horrific that it killed nearly three thousand people.
In my opinion, I think this persons. They don´t have heart less feelings. They are persons who have been rejected by the society. They are rejected often by their parents or other family member.
