Will this book help you? Maybe not, maybe so but I guarantee that you’ll learn something new about yourself either while writing or reflecting back on previous answers. This is a book full of random questions but maybe not as random as you think. All these questions are categorized by 5 sections: reflecting on positive, reflecting on negative, thinking about the future/goals, reflecting on the past, and accepting the present. These categories may sound serious, boring, and tedious but another glance at the questions seem to be the opposite. One of my goals is to improve while having fun...well, at least, leisure. Take this seriously or not, sticking to a page a day might be insightful and possibly even beneficial and worthwhile. Go forth and begin your journey! Positive people who regularly express positive emotions are more resilient when facing stress, challenges and adversity. Positive people are able to maintain a broader perspective and see the big picture which helps them identify solutions whereas negative people maintain a narrower perspective and tend to focus on problems. Positive thoughts and emotions counter the negative effects of stress. For example, you can’t be thankful and stressed at the same time.
