Happiness is an emotional or a mental state of mind. If a person chooses to be happy, and persue's the attraction of maintaining to stay happy then a person will eventually be happy. Being happy has a huge role on how a person sees things in life. If a person is positive and attracts all positiveness, then they will eventually be happy. But, if a person is negative then that will result in being miserable in every aspect of life. There are two claims on maintaining to be happy. First of all, proponents claim that being happy has to deal with having a healthy mindset. A healthy mindset is what takes a person far too long and shows the bright side of different perspectives in a humans life. Being happy and being positive is beneficial to a person because they will maintain having control over any obstacle they face. In addition to that, people will manage to deal with difficulties once they face them because of their healthy mindset and being positive about it. Being miserable will only bring you down and can cause a person to really feel bad about their life. Being miserable and being negative about different stuff can be poisonous for a person because it will make them feel depressed, people will continuously feel stressed about their life, health, and work. Being negative can also be harmful to your health conditions. Also, people who are miserable in life will only attract people who will continuously drag them down and wont let them succeed in life.
