I did my science project on forestry. The goal of this project was to determine which fertilizers preformed the best when growing pine trees in containers during the cool season. My hypothesis is I thought that the liquid and root hormone fertilizer was going to be the most help growing fertilizer. The other fertilizer that I thought was going to do good was the nursery special. I thought that these 2 fertilizers were going to do good because, the liquid hormone one sounds like it would do good because of the liquid. It ‘ sounds like the liquid that is a fertilizer, does better because it is liquid.
Also the other one because ive seen the nursery special happened before. When I started this forestry project, I first got 4 of

The fertilizers that I used were 10-10-10, 18-4-8, nursery special, and liquid and root hormone. I placed all of the fertilizers in each different roots and wanted to see which one was going to grow faster. The best thing I did was water them every day and checked for bugs and any root change. As I started to check for root change daily, I saw some of the roots changing. I noticed that the plant with the nursery special fertilizer was the plant that grew the fastest. The next plant that grew pretty fast, was the liquid and root hormone fertilizer. Some of the other roots with the fertilizer didn’t grow as fast as the other ones. I
Think they didn’t grow fast like the ones probley because maybe they didn’t get as much sunlight as the others, or maybe the type of fertilizers that I used. I noticed early on that sunlight is really important. When I did the project on day 1 I had the plants in kind of a shady place. But on day 2 I moved the plants into more sunlight. When I moved them into the sunlight I could tell that they had grew more. Some of the plants didn’t grow as fast when I put them in the sunlight, but I think they didn’t grow as fast because of the type of roots and plants they were.
