Pregnancy week 13 So now you have crossed 13 beautiful weeks since you have got the good news. You have to be more and more careful with time continue to maintain yourself with right amount of food intake and proper exercises. Check the intake of vital nutrients by eating a balanced diet.

Stages of development of the baby:
• Many noteworthy changes take place in your baby during the thirteenth week. The function of the kidneys begin, the bone is now capable of making white blood cells.

• The baby is now more or less three to four inches long and weighs around 0.6-0.7 ounces

• The baby is slowly starting to move and learning to kick. The bones of the baby are developing.

• You may feel restless sometimes. You will feel the heaviness of your breast as they are preparing for lactation.

Important tips for the mother:

• During the thirteenth week the risk of miscarriage is reduced .But still you have to take care of yourself very well, continue with the light exercises and yoga, as it will help you to stay healthy and to think positive.

• You must be in a very joyful mood, check your diet by eating lots of healthy fruits & juices. Most importantly you should maintain a proper time of eating food. Never skip you meals or stay without food for many hours.

• Don’t indulge yourself in any kind of stress and negative thinking. As it may harsh your health along with your baby.

 Restrictions in diet: As you know it quite well that you have to be in a strict restriction of die during your entire pregnancy period. Totally avoid outside food, as it may cause infection to the baby due to germs. Say goodbye to all kinds of bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, late night parties etc. Always consult a good dietician before making changes in your diet. Always eat your food in right time and in right
