In my opinion dog parks would possibly be a good and bad idea. Both people have good and reasonable reasons on why there should and should not be dog parks. But in my opinion dog parks would be a good decison because that would create less havoc at public parks where children could possibly be injured or frieghtend from dogs loose at a normal park. Having a dog park would also allow dog owners to be able to keep track of their dogs without the dog being able to runaway. Also, if dog parks really do better the dog's behavior and health than that would mean owners would be less likely to abandon their dog which means less stray dogs and bad dogs.
