Healthcare is an important measure in everyone’s daily life. Present technologies are using electronic format (EMR) to store the patient data and to enable healthcare organizations to access patient’s records via the Internet and also cloud computing environment. The remote patient is monitoring with more feasibility at anytime, anywhere and any place also. The electronic records sharing between different EMR systems are called Electronic Heath Records (EHRs). Collection of health information about a patient or population in an electronic form is called EHR. This electronic record can be shared across many organizations or different healthcare systems. EHR includes a wide range of data such as medical history, medication and allergies, laboratory test results, radiology images, personal data like age and weight and billing information. The information given by the person is true and correct. The process of claiming that this information is correct is called authentication. Authentication of information poses problems like man-in-middle attack and is often implemented with authenticating identity [15].

EMR uses technology such as digital signatures and encryption to establish the truthfulness of the original information. [15] Non-Repudiating tells the truthfulness of the information.
• Patient Permission:
Patient willing to share or not willing to share their information with other healthcare practitioners is called as patient permission. To implement patient consent in healthcare patient may grant rights to the users on the basis of the role held by the user. [15]
• Uprightness and Confidentiality of Data: Uprightness in healthcare means that data has not been accessed by unauthorized users. Confidentiality means that data is been made available only to the persons who have access for it. [15]
• Availability: Availability means that the information should be available when it is required in the desired format for the future purpose.
