Pros And Cons Of Illegal Dirt Bike Riding

Some ideas that I have about illegal bike riding in our Philadelphia streets I feel should be reinforced because it is dangerous for adults and children and god forbid someone gets hurt. These people ride their bikes and have no concern about who they can hurt in the process. I feel that it would be a good idea to put some cops on dirt bikes. I also think that if someone in the community sees people on a dirt bike they can call the cops and give a description to help out and give the cops a heads up. Another idea I think that could stop illegal dirt bike riding is if and when someone on a dirty bikes gets caught they should be given a fine, get their bike taken, and should have to do some type of community service or program showing them the dangers of illegal dirt bike riding. The reason I feel they should have cops on dirt bikes as well is because maybe they might intimidate the illegal riders. Also their bike should be taken on the spot. Also if they fail to pay their fine that they have been given I think they should have to do community service like if they are working off the fine. Another thing I feel should be an obligation is if you are caught there should be a program put in place to show these people the dangers of illegal dirt bike riding. They should show not only the dangers they can cause to themselves but the dangers they are putting the people around them in. The program should be taken very serious and maybe even scare them straight if possible. They should show images of people’s lives that have been taken because of the carelessness these bike riders have.
