This paper gave me a chance to go out and get ideas from people in my community. I wasn't to surprised with some of the feed back I got because it's actually what I expected. You can stop it, but you can find safer ways to allow them to ride safely and not on the streets. I believe there are ways to decease the amount of dirt bike and ATV riding that take place on Philadelphia street. When the police start a chase, I believe it only makes things worst. They take lights and stop sign that can cause car accidents, someone getting hurt or even worst resulting in a death of someone. There's different methods/ideas that can be used to stop or decease the amount of riding that is happening on are Philadelphia streets. It take determination to try and stop riding on the street when it happens in a lot of states. Putting signs in place would be something that could be useful in stopping dirt bike riding. Most people know it's illegal but ask yourself why care about it if there's no signs saying not to ride in this area or it's illegal to ride on these streets? To me this mean we don't allow it, but really don't take it serious is what I would say. If it was something they wanted to enforce they show make it noticeable to the public. Also make it clear that it's illegal and serious matters would be taking to ashore that it is stop or at least
