Section two in this paper, I will discuss on the two well-described component of the IOWA model based on the author's explanation. In the article, the authors expressed the implementation step on IOWA model including 7 steps: identification the trigger, endorsement of SSC as a facility priority, forming the team, assembling and reviewing the evidence, translating research into practice to critique and synthesis, piloting the change, and using pilot evaluation to decide on full implement. Based on the IOWA model, the identification of trigger issues form the organization, state or nation initiative is the most significant trigger not only of the first step in selecting, but also of the improvement of the quality of care. The second one of well-explanation is the pilot translating research into practice through critique and synthesis. Based on the IOWA model, the pilot testing is stressed as an essential step in testing the potential of institutional or policy change by using a small group predicting.
