There are a lot of debates about gun rights. Most people agree that the people should have gun rights. The government is trying to take the right from the people. There will always be the right to bear arms. The gun rights should be legalized, because the 2nd amendment states that the people have the rights, it also protects the people of any harm, it also helps the people to hunt and gather food. The U.S constitution protects the people to the right to keep and bear arms. The right to bear arms was passed in December 15, 1789 (Lund, Winkler, 1). The 2nd amendment protects the people from harm. Some of the people do not use guns the right way. The military uses gun force to protect the people from other countries. The 2nd amendment is based on the right to keep and bear arms in the common-law. It was influenced by the bill of rights in 1689 (Lund, Winkler, 1). The people should have the right to keep and carry a gun. The people should respect the law and do the right thing with guns.
