Every single human being is smart, in all kinds of unique, odd and own ways. Sadly, not everyone is able to see that. For people to be able to see it, schools should stop focusing on IQ test results and memorization skills. Instead, they should focus on hidden skills or talents, and help reinforce them. For this, diverse types of intelligences shall be explored and exploited, with the purpose of abolishing traditional education methods. Humans are in need for self satisfaction and approval, which can only come when the mind is used the right way. Which is why, in order to develop multiple intelligences in students, creativity should be supported/sustained the same way as intellectual knowledge.

Education systems provide individuals with the information required to survive, but survival is not everyone 's purpose in life. Schools prefer to teach every individual the same information the same way, without taking into consideration the difficulties these could have to learn it. Traditional education methods limit the ways in which creativity is applied in learning, because it is out of creative capacities. According to the Center Integration of Research, Teaching & Learning, "Traditional lecture methods place students in a passive rather than an active role, which hinders learning."
