Vaccines for kids Vaccines were invented by Edward Jenner in the year 1749. Thanks to him vaccines exist and we can prevent our children from getting sick. Children must be vaccinated from their first year of life. But, are vaccines really important for the kids health?

Newborn babies are immune to many diseases they must be vaccinated to avoid diseases. Some of the vaccines that the baby needs in his first year of life are (Hepatitis A-B, Dysphoria, Hemphill’s, Polio, Rotavirus, Pneumococcal, Influenza, and Chickenpox).

Mancilla 3 Some effects that these vaccines produce are usually low fever, redness, swelling, and pain in the area where the vaccine was given, sometimes they can also cause diarrhea and vomiting. Vaccines are a protective factor against diseases, prevent serious complications, hospitalizations, and death. It is very important that children receive their immunizations in time to be protected.
