Communism becomes a critical issue when a new order is needed to guide individuals within a society. Communism is an ideology created in order to put an end to capitalism. Communism grew large in countries when people started noticing the promises that were being made like everyone would earn the same and workers especially wouldn’t be mistreated. Over the years however the true colors of what was supposed to be a helpful movement and political ideology was starting to become negative. With the exception of a few countries communism is almost wiped out. This is mostly because leaders abuse the power they gain. All these things combined have caused communism and its ideas to have a bad reputation.

Despite, these facts communism did provide hope while it was popular. This hope was most needed when people were at their lowest and needed something to help them. For example, how in North Korea before communism and capitalism were being spread out, people were starving and job rates were very low. As communism started spreading into North Korea people started realizing there was hope for things to get better, which is why they accepted it. Once they accepted it bigger countries like Russia would come to their aid giving them a false hope for better things. These countries would provide food and currency to North Korea since they too now follow the same movement. After these big, top dogs would withdraw from practicing communism, Korea would lose all these benefits and therefore go back to a state of starvation and despair.
