I will use logos as evidence to back up my argument with proper resources available to do research. I will also compare KIPP charter school performance to traditional schools based on students’ full participation and results. KIPP.org pointed out that a great part in their success is the time spent in school and extra time on home work. According to (Alliance for excellent education, 2010) indicated that the school system loses 7,000 students daily in students drop out.
The article also states, that high school drop out are more likely to be incarcerated with almost half in Federal prison and most of them never completed school.

Qualifiers: How strongly do you believe in the argument? Would any qualifiers be beneficial? Why or why not?
I will have to acknowledge that not all students and parents will fine the resources and activities in school will be helpful to their child. People will also argue that you do not have to be educated to be a good citizen or have a good life. Not all resources and activities will help students, therefore I will use qualifiers such as maybe, may, usually, always and sometimes to help my argument.

Grounds: Research on academic performance with numbers to show that students perform better with adequate resource and help. How to help improve academic performance, benefits of participating in school activities and use of school resources, what can happen as a high school drop out.
